BlackBerry Ltd. on Tuesday hit Miami-based cellphone maker Blu Products Inc. with a suit accusing it of infringing eight of BlackBerry’s technology patents through its sale of various mobile phones, tablets and smartphones, and through its software for mobile communication devices.
