Preston L. Buchanan is an Associate at León Cosgrove Jiménez, LLP in Miami, FL. His practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining León Cosgrove Jiménez, LLP, Mr. Buchanan practiced at an international labor and employment law firm, where he represented clients in employment litigation matters and advised on a broad range of workplace issues.
Mr. Buchanan earned his J.D., cum laude, from University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review.
While in law school, Mr. Buchanan interned with the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, the Hon. Marcia G. Cooke in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Hon. Charlene Edwards Honeywell, the Hon. Anthony E. Porcelli, and the Hon. Caryl E. Delano in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Buchanan obtained his undergraduate degree from Emory University.
