Ronald J. Tomassi is the Managing Partner at León Cosgrove Jiménez, LLP in Denver, CO. His practice focuses on commercial, banking, securities, real estate, consumer finance, and employment litigation. Mr. Tomassi represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in both federal and state court, as well as in arbitration forums, including FINRA and the AAA.

Mr. Tomassi also advises clients on regulatory issues related to consumer financial services, and defend clients against claims arising under federal lending and banking regulations, state unfair and deceptive acts (UDAP) statutes, and other consumer lending and protection statutes and regulations. He has also successfully represented employers in disputes, including class actions, involving claims arising from laws enforced by EEOC, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Florida Minimum Wage Act, and the Florida Labor Pool Act.
